ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 12:00 PM (CST) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your delivery location it could take up to 8 days.
Need your items sooner?
We ship all orders via USPS standard. If you need faster delivery, email info@thecottonstore.net BEFORE placing your order and we can quote expedited shipping options through UPS or FedEx.
Can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package all the way to your mailbox.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to every state in the USA. More destinations coming soon!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Since our inventory is constantly changing, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Belt Size Exchanges: We understand belt sizing can vary. If your belt does not fit, we will gladly exchange it for a different size if available. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@thecottonstore.net and we’ll make it right!
BULK ORDERS & CORPORATE GIFTING
Do you offer bulk or large-quantity orders?
Yes, we offer large quantity orders and corporate gifting options! We can accommodate any size order, including large quantities for corporate events, gifting, or special occasions. If we don't have the inventory in stock, most bulk orders can be completed within 2–5 weeks, depending on product availability. Please contact us at info@thecottonstore.net for bulk order details.

Do you offer wholesale opportunities?
Currently we are unable to offer wholesale accounts. While we are not accepting wholesale applications, we are happy to produce large custom orders for your business or organization with a quick 2–5 week turnaround. Contact us to discuss your options!

100% AUTHENTIC, every item we sell promotes Cotton! We are licensed by Cotton Incorporated to sell official Seal of Cotton® products.
Will the color of my items look exactly like the photos online?
Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in lighting, screen displays, and natural fabric tones.
