Shipping policy

Orders placed by 12:00 PM ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. 

All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times may vary, and tracking will be provided once your order ships.

The Cotton Store is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Claims should be filed directly with USPS.
